Marketing strategy for community site
I was wondering what would be a good way to go with a community website if SEO can’t get you any results as there is no content people would actually search for so there is no potential traffic from SERPs?
I’m starting a new community based project, something yet unseen, so should i try banner advertisement on other community based websites or some pay per post campaign on some authority blogs or maybe both?
I think creating a hype out of it while it’s still in closed beta testing would make some good results, but I wanna hear your thinkings on the subject. Thank you.
