Basically you enter your details and you appear on a web page as the top item. To join you have to click on the six links which gives them exposure. Once you have clicked on the six links you activate your account. You then become the top one of the six links and the next person who clicks in gets the chance to advertise their website so long as they look at yours and everyone elses first.
The only problem that I can see with this is that most of the traffic to your site will be people promoting their own sites. Could still bring some customers though so I think it’s definitely worth a go. The people who run the scheme get revenue from on screen advertising which is why it is free.
