Yellow Pages – Alternative Suggestions please…

So I spent ages with the Yellow pages rep, agreed to upgrade the advert this year to a much larger advert, (again full colour as usual). His Laptop system wasnt working, so he had to post out the paper work, I signed and returned it, then send the artwork as required etc…

All was set for another years advertising, eventually my Yellow pages book arrived so I turned to the Internet Services section, and………..

I was not in the book!

Several phone calls later revealed that there had been a comunication problem in their offices which had led to my advert not getting printed. Im still waiting for their phone call about what they suggest doing about it.

SO I now face a year of unexplored territory, and am looking to find alternative suggestions for advertising…

I do not have a huge budget to spend, just at most a few hundred pounds that I would have spent on my Yellow pages advert.
